Welcome to glaserworks's FTP service. You will need the user name and a password that your contact at glaserworks has provided. Your contact at glaserworks will also explain any particular rules of use for the account, e.g. if you should only upload to a particular folder, etc.
You can use most web browsers, Windows Explorer, or OS X Finder to connect to FTP but the functionality of these can be cluncky and methods all vary, so search the web for instructions on how to use these. If you are using one of these methods then the URL for the ftp is
ftp://proxy.glaserworks.com
glaserworks strongly recommends the use of an FTP client such as FileZilla(available for all operating systems, or FireFTP (FireFTP is a plug-in for the Firefox web browser). FTP clients do useful things like remembering the connection settings for multiple accounts, showing both the local directory and the remote directory, and so on. If you are using an FTP client just point it straight to proxy.glaserworks.com (there is no need to type "ftp://" when using a client).
